Guest guest
Hi. Does anyone have an idea for a Cathe dvd (or other instructor, come to think of it) to sub in for Muscle Max? I'm supposed to do the upper body premix tomorrow but I don't have the dvd. The website description is moderate weights. I'm thinking Power Hour, but I've used it several times recently. Supersets maybe? Max Intensity Strength? Thanks, No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG. Guest guest
Thanks for your input, Kassia. I'm thinking Supersets, since it's been so long since I've done it. It'll seem brand new! -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of Kassia i think supersets or MIS would work. ldy_solana's domainScouting for All

Guest guest
Thanks . I did end up going with Supersets, upper body premix. I really don't like the way the premix menu is set up on this dvd - I don't know which exercises are in which group so a premix with Group A exercises doesn't mean anything to me. Ack. I did Push Pull earlier this week, and THAT menu is really good - simple to understand. Anyway, I got in 37 minutes of solid upper body and a few abs. Those preacher curls over the ball really got my heart rate up, too. Whew. Now I think I'll go for a short walk before I hit the shower. -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of fitgrl222@... Supersets maybe?
