workouts this week so far

haven't posted much. sunday i didn't do anything. i was just to tired from helping scouts with the yard sale. i am so sick of other ppl not helping. its wearing dh,myself, and the other parent that helps out. its really not fair. dh is saying he will not help with august's sale b/c the following week is the campout and he said he will not kill himself for ppl that don't appreciate. we paid our way let the other parents do the same LOL. i guess packing and hauling boxes is a workout but the bad eating didn't help at all. monday i did matrix walk with kathy smith but only the first 30 min workout. its an okay work good for light days and not to bad for the core work. i followed with her tummy trimmers boot camp abs and core abs. bootcamp was mostly crunches. it was quite boring really and not to great on my back. 11 min of crunches without much variation.

BLAH. same with core abs. seems the 10 min was mostly back extensions and planks. i didn't even try the pilates segment i just sent the dvd back. i like kathy but she could have done much better on that dvd. yesterday i did body and soul(dollar store find)maximum weight loss. its a 50 min traditional aerobics moves in a fast paced but low impact cardio. a little tricky b/c of their aussie accents to understand cues but a non thinker workout once you figure it out. i had an issue with seeing the tv b/c i was in the bedroom and had this horrid glare on the tv so seeing the directions they were going were hard but not impossible to figure out. i like these dollar store dvds b/c some of them are awesome intensity wise even if they are typical in their choreography.today i did Firm Vol.6 also known as the boomers workout. a nice blend of aerobics and firm style weight work. its been awhile since i did the firm so i wasn't used to the

movements and stayed light except for chest and back work.i am sure my legs will be sore with the leg presses/calf pumps b/c yesterday was a day pack with Wii Fit games while viola was at her summer services. i kept my barbell light for legs since she mixes upper body in those segments too, so it worked out well. not my favorite firm video but i will keep it around for another shot. it just didn't seem to live up to intensity and good cueing as the others but maybe it was just me. no yoga since saturday night, but i stretch here and there throughout the day so i try to count that for something. its hard to get stuff in after a day with viola. plus dh is annoying me with his "i'm tired", "why is the wii saying i gained weight". well b/c you come home and do NOTHING!!! just b/c you work doesn't me you shouldn't workout even for 10-20 min. i keep trying to sell him on the 10-20 min benefits of either videos,following a workout in my various books,

or doing something strength wise on the wii(although i push more yoga then strength with him). just like his family members,always an excuse. but if i get brutally honest(like they do at times ) then i am the bad guy. i told him honestly doing nothing exercise wise and not eating during the day(he skips breakfast all the time and sometimes eats lunch) doesn't make for healthy lifestyle. why don't men just listen? don't know why he thinks he has to be right b/c he is mostly wrong. i swear his mother put that crap in his head LOLkassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for

dang!! i had hopes for this dvd :( sorry to hear that it is

not up to expectation. i will just rent it like you did.
