Guest guest
hey all,b-day party for one of the scouts. its an exclusive with limited invitations so of course viola get one LOL. last night after playing on the wii fit for a few i did the first segments from tamilee's stretch. the standing work was pretty similar to part of the second workout. the seated was really nice total body stretch but just not held long enough especially for that hip stretch. the final lying stretches was also similar to the second workout. i would still like to get this one just b/c it was a nice workout its very well chaptered on the first workout so i can pick and choose what i have time for and what would benefit me well. this morning i did the firm's hare workout. i have done tortiose before traded and regretted. so i was estactic to see a copy and right next to the hare at goodwill one day. ballroom aerobics may not be my thing but in this workout it was great. very low impact but quick enough to get some cardio effect. its not cathe or amy but it was nice. the weight work during the cardio phases was of course four limb hence the title hare for light weights with faster movements. the floor workout however was just a killer for me. the lower body ankle weight work was something i had not done in awhile myself. while i was able to keep up the reps i felt the burn and i thought i would die LOL especially since she works one leg to the fullest before moving on. no chest/back work it was mostly arms/shoulders during four limb. IIRC the tortiose does more back/chest work since its working heavy weights and slower reps. feeling the groove coming back i hope i keep it up!!have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
