Hi Everyone,

This morning was strength, and I wasn't up for Cathe (the endlessness of the

torture...) so I went with Kathy 's Project You workouts - I did the lower

body and upper body workout back to back this morning for about an hour of

strength training and abs. I must say I like these workouts. you can

definately up the challenge by using heavier weights and you get a good workout

without feeling like you killed yourself. Kathy uses a stability ball for some

of the exercises for both upper, lower and abs and it is good to pull that out

once in awhile. Both of these are great no-nonense workouts for all levels

depending on the weights you use.

I remember there was talk at one time about Kathy doing another more advanced

Project You series, I wish she would! She is good in these strength workouts

(no screaming or goofy sayings) and they're solid!

I warmed up with T-Tapp's Basic Plus Series (I haven't done that in a long time!

I usually just do Primary Back Stretch). The Project You workouts do not

include a warm-up since they assume you have done one of the cardio workouts in

the series first.

I did some extra stretching with Spreen/10 Min. Solution Fitness Ball

(since my ball was out anyway~)

Tomorrow is either cardio or yoga - don't know which or what I'll choose yet!

Take care!

Donna
