Guest guest
Hi, This morning I did S. Core Strength & Condition. It felt weird doing this as my actual workout. I usually use this as an evening workout in place of yoga sometimes. This is really far from yoga, its 45 minutes of non stop ab work along with low back and some legs too. I've said this before and I'll say it every time I do it, this is one TOUGH workout. I have to say though, it wasn't AS hard this time as it was last time. If I'd do this routine a couple times a week for a month, my abs would be rock hard along with my low back and maybe even my legs. The last time I did this workout my hip flexors were really sore. I really can't say enough good things about this routine. Here's the breakdown. Full Body CrunchIsometric Lower Ab WorkBicycleKnee LiftsWide Arm Ab CrunchBicycles with isometricsReverse crunch Stability Ball-backFull extension body liftStability ball planks/pushupsSide lying ab workStability ball ab lifts Just looking at the exercises it doesn't seem like it would be all that hard, but EVERY exercise fries the mid section. I'd say the hardest exercise is the bicycles with isometrics. I have to use a lot of mind work to hold myself or my body would say "forget it" lol I'll probably do a stretch type yoga this evening. So far I've followed my rotation perfectly, hopefully I can do this all month, but doing this workout this morning was weird. I feel like I need to do my workout now lol I guess if I'm not either using weights or doing cardio I don't feel like I did a workout. I really need to get out of that kind of mind set. Off to walk Abby. Have a great day! ~*~~*~Planning your summer road trip? Check out AOL Travel Guides.
