With all of this strength training I have been doing, it only makes me love it more! I'm starting to dread my cardio sessions..grr. Anyway, it turned out fine, just a rough start. Afterwards, I tried a yoga ab workout that did nothing for me, I can't even think of the name of it right now, but it was too hard for me to follow along since I don't normally do yoga, and I just didn't feel anything from it. That was 20 minutes. So, afterwards I threw in ab ripper 200 or whatever it's called..LOL.. I also had to train yesterday, but just one short hour appointment, As I sit here today, I'm contemplating buying the caloriesmart.. ugh..
