Guest guest
>> We've been wondering about you! Good for you for getting a trainer, as they hold you responsible/accounatble for everything!<< I can't afford a regular one-on-one training. The place I signed up for has you complete a series of assessments. Then the trainer meets with you to go over your program. They meet with you again in week to ensure you are making out Ok with all the exercises. Then over the next 6 weeks you report all your workouts on-line. They review my logs and and change up my program as needed. At the end of 6 weeks you would go in for a reassessment. I am not thinking of doing this long term but hope 6 weeks with some supervisions might get me going. Let's hope this is effective enough for me. I am pretty confident the training will be good. The company doesn't advertise at all. They get all their business through referrals. They have also trained 3 NHL hockey players. If you were Canadian you would know how big a deal that is. LOL!! >>Now how are we to distinguish you from the Good ? Soon you will be exercising all the time and you will no longer be the Bad - Hugs! << Very sweet of you and way to think positive. Guess I will come up with a nickname if I end up as a " Good " too. OOPS....I should say WHEN I not if.
