Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I went to bed late last night, but still managed to get out of bed at 4:30 this morning. I have a lot to do today. My middle-son's 3rd b-day is Sunday which we're having a party for him. It's also my oldest son's " leader " day today so I had to make a treat, plus I have to train this morning....grr. Anyway, I stood there forever and three days trying to decide what to do and came to the conclusion I would go with Circuit Max. I wanted cardio and upper body. Well, I surely got my cardio in with this one. I ran out of energy on some of the cardio sections and modified a tad (I agree - not an easy workout!). I hadn't ate breakfast and it was nearly 2 hours after I got up. Anyway, while I feel like I got an awesome cardio workout, I don't think it did much for my upper body so I pulled out Muscle Max and did the upper body premix on it. I wasn't crazy over that premix because I would have liked another set on most exercises, and the way the DVD was put together, you don't even know what you are working when she starts so I had no idea what weights to grab.
