Nice week Donna! I think you will find that you enjoy the splits even better then the full workouts from Slo-Mo

Looks like a great week Donna! I'm way behind on email and reading through people's workout postings but I'll look forward to reading about these when I can! I hope you have another great week!

Weekly Check In

Hi Everyone,

Today is rest (other than chores/housework) - I must have needed it b/c I slept until 7:30 (unheard of, I'm so used to getting up early that I rarely sleep so "late")

Anyway, here is how my week went w/ Amy's Slo Mo, overall I'm pretty pleased. I think I could have done a better job by adding in more stretching, though I did do my T-Tapp every day (lesson learned)

Sunday - Slo Mo Chest, Biceps & Triceps ( & T-Tapp)

Monday - Hi Lo Dome Challenge ( & T-Tapp)

Tues - Slo Mo Legs ( & T-Tapp) and Slo Mo Core

Wed - Women's Health Perfect Body Workout - Cardio & Core. Slim Series Express Stretch ( & T-Tapp)

Thurs - Slo Mo Back & Shoulders ( & T-Tapp)

Friday - Christi Fit to Dance ( & T-Tapp)

Tomorrow starts the cycle over - I'm going to do another week of splits, but after that I may explore some of the pre-mixes on this DVD for total body workouts.

Hi Everyone,

I did decide to sleep in today - I figured I needed the rest. So, here's my

weekly wrap up (T-Tapp primary back stretch was added on to every workout):

Sunday (Rest - houseguests)

Monday - Express Workout from Firm Cardio Dance Fusion; tracey Staehle " Parts "

upper body

Tuesday - Firm Cardio Dance Fusion, Core/Total Body from Tracey's Parts DVD

Wed - Trish Muse - Strength Attack (really hit my lower body hard!)

Thursday - Spreen Absolute Kickboxing - Kickbox Combos and Core only.

(I may do the full version w/ the combat intervals this week, pretty fun

workout!)

Friday - Firm Calorie Killer and Firm Upper Body Sculpt

I'm still not sure what to do for this upcoming week........I can do Tracey's

Parts/Trish's Strength attack again (better planned though so I can actually get

Tracey's Lower Body routine in - I need more space between that and Strength

Attack!), or I was thinking of doing Amy Bento's " older " workouts for strength

(All Pump, Cardio Pump Step, Cardio Pump Hi/Lo), or I was thinking of doing

FIRMs. I guess I'll see what I feel like doing tomorrow and just start off with

that! This is my last week of formal workouts for 2 weeks (vacation) and I want

to get as much bang for my buck as possible!
