So what I love about this group is that you all give great reviews. I was looking at the Cathe IMAX that someone recommended. Here are my questions -

what space do you need? I live in the world smallest house (well not literally but close!) so I have room for a step but not a lot around it. I do Body Pump at home and turbo jam and turbo kick but modify any movements as I can only do about four steps either directions.

I am looking for interval, pylo type workouts or drills in a small space - as I get good weight workout thru body pump

thanks

Hi!

One that comes to mind is actually the Women's Health Train for Your Body Type workout - the cardio section is on the short side, but it is athletic/plyo stuff that doesn't require much space. I have a small workout space, too so it is somewhat challenging to find things that will 'work' for you. I haven't done Cathe's IMAXes in some time, serious dread factor there, but, I don't recall them being huge space hogs. You may also want to look into Gin 's Intense Moves (it is an oldie but a goodie!). I'll try to think of more athletic/drill type workouts...I'm sure I can come up with something, probably something I even did recently! :)

Take care,

Donna

i have a rather small space myself. dh says about 11 x 8(yeah we measured!) and i do well with cathe. some of her more dancier videos like step blast, rhythmic step i have to watch but i also do amy bento and she has a bit of a space hog and i can still work with it so cathe no problem for me. ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to

I gotta get Intense Moves. It sounds sooo good. And I have sooo little space too. I should measure it, I bet it is smaller than Kassia's. I call it my workout "closet." This is a good thread!
