For pushups, I'd just bang a few out before watching t.v. and during tv. Do 10 at each commercial break, even if you have to do them on your knees and take a break in the middle. Soon you'll be up to 50 per day on your toes in no time! I need to do this again. Pushups are on the up for me lately since I've been teaching a GREAT pushup section from Turbo Sport, and all of you can do them on your own because I'm going to give you the choreography right here. Grab your favorite disco music because disco has the right bpm and has an even beat. Here's what you do, each section is one musical phrase (32 beats) long. In other words, change when your intuition tells you to Down 2 up 2 (4x) Down 3 up 1 (4x) Down 1 up 3 (4x) Down 1 hold for 2, up 1 (isometrics, 4x) 8 singles Rest for a phrase (32 counts) and repeat one more time.
