Guest guest Posted June 4, 2008 Report Share Posted June 4, 2008 Hi, Today was Step Blast/Step, Jump & Pump mish mosh doing SB Challenge and SJP hi/lo. We could alternate the challenge with the hi/lo if we wanted to. I decided to really mish mosh it up lol so I did mine a little bit different. Here's how it went: (btw, I have a programmable DVD player so this was easy for me) SJP- warm up SB- finished combo # 1 SJP- hi/lo # 1 SB- finished combo # 2 SJP- hi/lo # 2 SB- finished combo # 3 SJP hi/lo # 3 SB- The Challenge SJP- hi/lo # 4 SB- cool down SJP- abs, planks, stretch total time- 50 m calories burned- 430 I did the finished combo's because I'm so familiar with the workout. Plus, I hate all the building up of the combo's. My favorite part is putting it all together and this workout flows nicely. I actually didn't think it would be that hard by just doing the finished combo's, but I was huffing and puffing after each of those hi/lo's and then I jumped right into the combo's with no rests. I'm kind of feeling like I'm lacking in the cardio department lately though, maybe not... but I seem to really work hard with every cardio workout I do. Rainy day here yet again.
