Guest guest Posted June 4, 2008 Report Share Posted June 4, 2008 been busy since i got back and a bit tired too. my scout master was so mad that dh and i did so much work and the other troop that was with us did crap that she called out there to let their scout master know what the deal was. good thing i had father in law with me to help with viola. i havent' been feeling motivated or all that well since i got back. alot of it too is i haven't worked out since friday morning and i haven't gotten any evening yoga sessions in that it does effect me. i am trying hard to get back into those today. i have been doing some workouts like monday i did some wii fit stuff with yoga,aerobics and balance. yesterday i did a very very modifed session of strendurance E along with the seated stretches from janis saffell's dynamic stretch. this morning i did caribbean workout pilates focus on stretching. i am going to try very hard to get in part of rodney yee's strength building yoga later.i am still feeling tired. must be the humidity and heat they always get me and its pretty bad here now. that and the lack of motivation to go to work. can't wait for school to be over NOW. i don't even care if i get laid off early anymore just do it already so i can go home and get a break of ignorance and stupidity. i preordered rumble from amy bento. i wasn't home for the 24 hour free shipping period but for $18 and change i held my spot to get rumble once it's released. i enjoyed all her kickboxing flavored videos thus far and would like to see what she can do with an almost drill style kickboxing workout. it says you need a standing bag but she then said she would have a modifier. i am still waiting for ross to get those everlast blow up punching bags back. if not i will look for other durable option(those kids bop bags will not stand up to the abuse it could be taking from my workouts LOL). i am almost done with strendurance. 4 1/2 more weeks. thankfully b/c i am starting to get unmotivated for them. i think with knowing summer is coming and i can do longer workouts its making me antsy to get to more virgin workouts and start a new rotation that may be a little more balanced this time between cardio and weights. only 4 more days of lunch!!!!!!!!!!!! but i don't think i mentioned. we have increased sales of salads quite a bit. the beginning of the year i made maybe 20 chef salads but now i do 50 a day. also the side salads were only 50-60 now we do 110 a day. on top of that now we offer veggie cups with cucumber slices,carrot chips, and broccoli. we are still at 25 a day but i see the same kids getting them everyday. that alone convinces me that next year these things will pick up. that is so much encouragement to see kids request the salads and get upset if they get to lunch late and we are out. i say they hire another person just to help us chop all this stuff LOL. i think too with shops and businesses going local for produce,more fresh stuff will be cheaper on us and thus forth we can offer it more and that too gets these kids grabbing it for lunch!!well off to work. i hate my coworkers(well a small handful) but i have to make a few more days then 3 days of cleaning. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
