Well, I didn't get up until 6:00 todayFigured it was too late for a workout. Well, after five minutes of checking my e-mail, I decided to chance it. Worst case scenerio I get interrupted and have to stop. So, I put in Strength Attack. I will admit I wasn't overly impressed. It did nothing for my upper body, and a bit for lower and cardio. It's a workout that uses mostly compound moves, however like I said I didn't get much out of it. Maybe if I went heavier next time, I'm not sure. Anyway, the workout is 70 minutes long. The segments are broke down into 15 - 20 minutes each. The first is high reps low resistance, then the next section suppose to be low reps and high resistance, however she has you do two sets of 8 back to back.. and calls that low reps?? Then there is a whole section on stretching as well (which I actually did) It's much more a functional workout than " strength " . There is also a 11 minute bonus core section which I did like.

Anyway, I'd like to get maybe 30 minutes of arms in later today, we'll see how the day goes though. I have to train tonight so I will be getting an hour of exercise there, just not my own workout so surely not an actual " workout " for me, I consider it bonus exercise. My back is feeling better. Still quite tight, but it's coming along. I do think the exercise is helping! I've found a couple of awesome stretches / exercises for it that feel fantastic. One is to sit on a ball and just rotate my hips in a circle.. It feels soo good for my back. Another one is a side lunge and then just to touch the floor with my hand, it feels great too.

Anyway, I was able to complete it all. Kaysar did wake up like within 15 minutes of starting it, I let him play in bed for about 15 minutes, and then I got him, changed him, and put him in his crib to play. He was fine the rest of the time. I am very excited to think that this working out in the morning just MAY work. I would be in heaven if I could do it consistently.....

Happy workouts everyone!Darcy
