morning guys and gals,great workout this morning with guillmero gomez's south beach box. http://www.guillermogomez.org/shoponline.htm. this is janis saffell's sensii and/or boyfriend(jury is still out for that one). he has worked and produced on many janis's videos. this is the second video i have of his with just him as the lead. very similar to the format of his kickbox underground. he slowly builds up drill combos on each side and repeats and also adds jacks and jump ropes as well as speed bags and cross/uppercut punches just for cardio effect. unlike kickbox underground however this is punching only. there is some foot work for the purpose of proper form in a punch but there is no kicking only slight

impact jumping(even those could be modified). he starts with light stretching as well and uses the beginning of combos as the warm ups as opposed to just doing a separate chapter warm up. i think it was just a matter of bringing the intensity up slowly but without wasting precious time. its intermediate level but i felt it to be a great workout nonetheless. he did throw me for a loop in one combo in that he didn't show us before he went ahead and added more punches but the beauty of less choreographed workouts is that you just keep doing whatever until you caught what it is you missed. no biggie. he adds his spanish counting in there and adds some inspiration pep talk(don't think your tired b/c YOU ARE NOT!!!) all in all a very little money pretty well spent($3 at big lots on mother's day :-) but i would have paid the 9.99 at amazon for it as well) for a pretty short 37 min workout good for core work and maybe adding weighted gloves to

increase the upper body workout more. i followed with body and soul fitness's extreme workout stretching only. my hips do get tight from the core work with doing kickboxing so this stretch segment focused on alot of lower body stretching. i don't really have money to buy more stretching videos so i figured i could rediscover the chaptered workouts that you can jump straight to stretching on for shorter add on stretches. i am not pushing myself to hard to get in evening workouts at the moment. i figure it will come back to me in time. i go through this alot, i push myself to hard then i get unmotivated. if i add on more stretching to my regular workouts(and since tomorrow is my last day of work for the summer)i will still get my benefited stretching without pressuring myself mentally for something i just don't feel like doing. this week would have been the beginning of the 6th workout of strendurance. technically the last one for

the rotation(there is maintence phase as well) so it would have been my last 2 weeks. i think nearly 10 weeks wasn't TOO bad for a rotation. i guess after 8weeks my body needs to be surprised with something new as to not bore myself or overtrain with similar exercises every week. learn something new all the time from experimenting with new workouts and rotations. off to the drawing board for my next EIGHT WEEKS after i recover with just random workouts for a little bit. have a great one.kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
