Guest guest Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 just finished up with yoga zone fat burning yoga segment 2. this is such an ol' reliable for me. i can do one of two 20 min segments or do both at once for 40 min. its meant to be vinyasa but it doesn't move to quickly. so you get some work but alot of good stretch and movement. think i am going to do tae-bo contact one tomorrow. if i have time i will add on abs. i have to be up early and start a new routine with viola for camp. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
