Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 Hi, This morning was 4 Day Split Lower Body (repeating calves twice) + Kick Max Leg Conditioning Drills and abs from 4DS Kick Box. I didn't do the abs, I'll do them this evening. The workout was right at an hour. Round 1 squats -warm up- 30 lbs BB front squats- 35 lbs BB deadlifts- 25 lbs DB Round 2 plie squats- 30 lb DB leg press-20 lbs DB Round 3 low plane lunges- 10 lb DB leg press (focus outer thigh) 2 lb ankle/ 12 lb DB Round 4 seated outer thigh (band) squats- 40 lb BB Calves- repeated this segment twice Kick Max Leg Conditioning Drills and stretch. KM really fried my legs. Every time I do this leg workout I burn so bad that I swear I'll have DOMS the next day and I never do. Maybe I will this time since I just got done doing 4DS legs.
