Sunday: Ashtanga Yoga: Introductory Poses (done)

Monday: 30 Day Shred (level 1)

Tuesday: Walk Away Your Stress on the rebounder (been trying to get this in for a week or 2 now, really want to make the time for it this week)

Wednesday 30 Day Shred (prob level 1)

Thursday: Crunch Fat Blaster Goes Latin

Friday: 30 Day Shred (level 1?)

Saturday: Turbo Jam Learn & Burn plus some yoga if time

I decided to do Shred 3 days this week to see if I notice anything different by the 3rd time through it (in terms of endurance mostly I think, I get winded going from the cardio right into weights as fast as this moves).

Gotta try out that rebounder Tuesday!!

Crunch Fat Blaster Goes Latin is a virgin I got from freecycle. We'll see how that goes, I don't have high expectations (probably too dancey for me) but it is only 30 minutes so I can try at least. If I get up and it is not a good day to try a dancey virgin workout then I'll probably do Kathy 's Peak Fat Burning, which is what I originally thought about putting in there. I'm going to try and preview it before I do it too.

I really want to try and do TJ Learn & Burn Saturday but I'm working in the morning (have to be there at 8) and then scrapbooking at my best friend's in the evening so I might be sleeping in the afternoon! If I don't do it Saturday then I might try doing it Sunday instead. We'll see how that goes.

Good plan, ! I'm doing shred again next week, so we can compare

direct notes if you're continuing until then, lol.

You're right - everyone is talking about Turbo jam this week! I

haven't decided on my short cardio for this week, so maybe I'll have

to get my Learn and Burn out as well! Like you - I didn't do well

the first time I tried it but hope I will have better luck this

time. But they make it look so fun, that I really *wanted* to be

able to do it... :)

I've been wondering about the crunch series. I saw a few of those at

goodwill, too. I didn't look at them too closely, but then again I

don't really know much about the series. Hope you do well!
