4ds chest and back

I was actually scheduled to do lower body today. However I worked out enough with my client last night that I woke up with a bit of DOMS in my legs, so I decided to switch today and tomorrow's workouts. So, I did 4ds High Intensity Step. I enjoyed this workout, but it takes me a bit to catch on. I guess I haven't done it enough to remember it from previous times. I don't feel like I get a whole lot out of the chest and back workout on this one either. I think if I did another set of each exercise it would better do the trick. I should have tried that this morning, but I had awake children upstairs that I had to get to..grr..

Anyway, I believe I am done working out for the day now. I have to train again this morning so I'll get a bit more exercise then too.Hope everyone has fabulous Fridays!!!Darcy
