Guest guest Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 Hi, This mornings workout called for PUB "up premix" going as heavy as possible. I didn't do this workout. I did the workout that's scheduled for tomorrow, The Firm Super Cardio Mix. I'm not ready for weights yet even though its been about 4 days now. I can tell my muscles are just not feeling right yet. Also, my DD has a doctor appointment in the morning and I wanted to get my cardio out of the way today so I wouldn't have to get up at 5 am tomorrow to do cardio which doesn't work for me. I'm almost tempted to skip upper body tomorrow as well and start back up next week. My low back and deep in my chest is STILL feeling sore. It's amazing how long it can hang on with you when you do that to yourself. Anyway, I started out with walking the dogs before doing the cardio. I figured I could get my energy built up if I get moving first. So we went for about 35 minutes at a normal pace. As soon as I got back I put my workout clothes on and got started. I had more energy then I thought I would. I was concerned with a few of the high impact segments, but did them just fine. I never do the abs. I don't get one thing out of it. She doesn't do it near long enough and the exercises she uses I just don't feel. At any rate, I burned 382 calories and I was happy that my energy was a little bit better, not a lot, but better. Today is my and DH's wedding anniversary so we're going out to dinner this afternoon. I'm looking forward to that. Have a great day.
