Did this workout today and found it mostly pleasant. I got this from the library and tried it especially because I have Yoga Fusion Power, which I tried once and had a hard time with it but that was probably a year or more ago and Yoga Fusion Strength which I haven't tried yet. This one is "a blend of yoga, pilates, sculpting and more." It was interesting. I can't remember the flow of the workout but remember areas that were very yoga, some that were very pilates and some leg exercises and pushups that were very sculpting. It all flowed together well too. Kim Haegele is the instructor and leads it alone, live (no voice over instructions). She puts a lot of emphasis on breath and it seemed to really help me focus. She had good instruction for body alignment too. The movements were quite basic and slow. Not a lot of challenge but I wasn't expecting much anyway. It wasn't a lot of fun but it certainly wasn't bad either. I'll have to try Yoga Fusion Power again sometime soon to see how it goes now that I have more experience in all the disciplines involved and now that I felt I did well with this one.

Gotta figure out what the rest of this week's workout schedule looks like and will post it when I do. Even when I don't stick strictly to my schedule, it at least gives me a rough draft and that helps me avoid the "stand in front of videos for 10 minutes trying to figure out what I feel like doing today" routine.
