Thursday workout

Hi,

This morning was Pure Strength Back, Biceps, & Abs doing everything with 3 sets. I didn't do the abs, but did manage to do 3 sets for everything this time. I'll try to get the abs in later today.

Here's how it went:

T bar row warm up 40 lb. (did bar bell rows here) T bar rows 50/50/50 (did bar bell rows here)Bent Over Rows 50/50/50 ( 3 sets)

1 arm rows 25/25/25Shrugs 20/20/20Bar curls 35/35/30 Seated DB curls 15/15/12 Negative Curls 30/25/25Concentration curls 10/10/10

I know the concentration curls were really wimpy with just 10 lb., but my biceps were just fried. Of course they aren't that strong to begin with.

Off to start another day.
