I was thinking it was longer than 30 minutes when I planned on doing it. For that reason, I did it twice through. I thought the workout was okay, but nothing to write home about. It only had 5 minutes of abs in it, and there was some upper body in addition. So, I don't quite understand the title. I was expecting it to have more abs, and no upper body. Not a big deal. Anyway, Chalene's energy is great in the workout, and it goes by really fast. I did feel like I got an okay workout in and tried to go heavy and make it as challenging as I could. Tomorrow, I am doing a Cathe, I have missed her I haven't done her in quite some time.
