Hi Carolyn,

Yikes! Now I'm scared of super sculpting! I have that one, too.

But I liked , and can see enjoying the workouts she leads. :)

That darn ceiling, lol. Funny thing was I that when I looked at this

house, I measured the basement ceiling height and then went home and

measured my gym stuff, as well as my height on the elliptical to make

sure I could use the basement for my workout area before I put an

offer on the house! Of course, using a 14 " step was never on the

agenda back then, but it works - sort of. I hit my head a few times

on the elliptical, but now I must stay still on it and have the angle

just right, since I haven't done that in a long time. I hit the

rafters with a dumbbell the other day, and also broke a lightbulb

with a dumbbell a few weeks ago, though! lol

The rest of the house is tiny, but as long as my gym stuff would fit

and I had a big yard for the dogs, it was a go! We found that one

thing didn't fit in the gym after I moved in, but luckily my DH

welded up a new, lower piece for it and now it fits just fine. :)

its a compilation tape, so it seems that they took hard parts

from the different workouts. it is a challenging tape, but a

great workout. just do what you can and leave the rest!

i havent done that workout for a long time... might be fun to get

it out.

want to set a date and do it together? LOL

ROFL!! i used to have a ceiling fan in my workout space, and i

thought that was the greatest thing. until i started doing the

firm which made me do tall box climbs combined with shoulder

press. whoops, dumbell and hand, smashed up into the moving fan

wasnt good for the fan or my hand. the dumbell survived ok

though ;)

heehee!! i had a house like that too! the yard for the dogs

was bigger than the house was, and i had to have a spare room to

keep my nordic track in :)
