Yesterday I hit day 30 of P90.

I still weigh the same (126lbs on a 5' 4 " frame) but I lost 1 " on my chest, 3 inches on my waist, and 2 1/2 inches in my hips. (and it took nearly 3 weeks to lose the 4lbs I put on when I first started the program)

Woohoo!

Progress! And I'm liking what I see in the mirror. :)

The cardio has made a big difference for me. Although I'd been doing Pilates for a long while, I didn't realize what a big difference a regular program like this would make. It's been years since I did a regular cardio routine, and I'm glad I started one. I feel really good. I haven't been doing this 6x a week, though. It's been more like 4 or 5, because of my schedule. But it seems to be working!
