Guest guest Posted May 2, 2008 Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 morning all,late last night after baking and cleaning i did shoulders basics(20 min) from yoga for inflexible people. there were some lower back stretches too so it was an overall back body relaxing. this morning i did a general practice for strength and flexibility. this had warriors and triangles for strengthening and forward bends and intense side stretching for lengthening and relaxing. ending with a long hold of child's pose and savasana. this one was about 45 min. so mad now that the church double booked so we can't set up today. dh will help her out later tonight when she will start setting up but we have worked with them before and we always get the church for two days b/c its easier to pack up then it is to set up so we needed today to really get things organize. hopefully dh can do a good job and i will have to figure out what to do tomorrow. i have strendurance on the schedule so i HAVE to get my workout in before i go so this leaves me wondering if a 5am workout is in the works which sucks b/c i never perform well so early. oh well i hope things workout. just feels like the world is against ME today LOL. have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
