Guest guest Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 I wrote this yesterday but sent it to the wrong group, so I'm trying again! Today's my rest day. I worked out a little later than I normally do--went to breakfast with DH and did errands this morning, and exercised in the afternoon. I seemed to get tired faster than I do when I exercise in the morning. This is the 3rd time I've exercised with Cathe's Low Impact Step. I'm skipping the intensity intervals until my body gets used to the workout and repeating the step intervals instead. I'm still having some trouble with the choreography--it seems that sometimes she actually cues right on top or even a little after the move. The second time around is a bit easier, but I'm really having to concentrate on this one. It's fun, though. The moves are varied and I don't get bored! I have to adjust a little, because I own a long step, not the short one in the video, but I'm tall, so it's not a major issue. I was hoping to do the total body workout on this DVD, but it looks like I need a new stability ball first. Oh well, just means I'll need to hit Big 5. No great hardship there!
