Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Hi, This evening I finished up my morning workout by getting the abs done. I wanted to do more of my new yoga DVD so I combined them. I did Yoga For Happiness 2 (sunset session) and did the sun salutations, standing poses, and abdominal section. I then went straight to Muscle Max abs. Went back to YFH and did the floor poses. I must say that I'm not in love with MM abs. I hate those jack knifes. I usually never do them because I mainly feel it in my hip flexors instead of my abs. So I modify and do side raises instead.
