Guest guest
Last week went really well! I did all 5 days of my planned workouts and even had a bonus day of exercise with the bike ride last Sunday. This week might be a bit shorter, with the holiday, but I imagine we'll be pretty active over the weekend. I'm going to do 30 day shred (level 1) this week, and cardio. The plan is two days of Shred + short cardio and two days of my choice of long cardio. I'm feeling a bit stiff today, so if I'm still like this tomorrow I'll do long cardio and extra stretching on Mon + Wed and Shred on Tues and Thurs. Or vice versa. And some bike riding and/or dog walking over the holiday weekend! I scored several workout videos at two Goodwills and another thrift store yesterday. Mostly VHS, but also 3 dvds. I found: Tony Little 3 pack - Lower body, abs + total body for the gazelle. I'm thinking these might translate well to the elliptical - if I can stomach him. If not, back to the thrift store probably, lol. MTV - The Grind Hip Hop Aerobis - This was a nostalgic purchase. I actually bought 3 of these grind videos years ago, before I realized how uncoorindianted I was. And then sold them at a rummage sale not very long ago. For $0.99 I wanted to try again! Workout Less Precision Body Scuplting - Thurmond - This is from his 6 week body makeover, I think. Not sure how useful it will be, but it was $0.49. (blue tag sale) AM/PM workouts from Fitness Made Simple with Basedow - not sure about this yet either. Ab Ripper - Beachbody And then the Firm - a bunch: Complete Body Sculpting Maximum Body Sculpting Total Scuplt + Abs Body Sculpt The Tortoise The Hare I spent under $20 on all of these, so I was pleased! I stopped at TJ Maxx but couldn't find any videos - anyone know what section they are usually in? I found the yoga mat/resistance band section, but I didn't see any there. Hope everyone had a great weekend! Sara
