Guest guest Posted June 14, 2008 Report Share Posted June 14, 2008 Hi Everyone, Today is rest (other than chores/housework) - I must have needed it b/c I slept until 7:30 (unheard of, I'm so used to getting up early that I rarely sleep so "late") Anyway, here is how my week went w/ Amy's Slo Mo, overall I'm pretty pleased. I think I could have done a better job by adding in more stretching, though I did do my T-Tapp every day (lesson learned) Sunday - Slo Mo Chest, Biceps & Triceps ( & T-Tapp) Monday - Hi Lo Dome Challenge ( & T-Tapp) Tues - Slo Mo Legs ( & T-Tapp) and Slo Mo Core Wed - Women's Health Perfect Body Workout - Cardio & Core. Slim Series Express Stretch ( & T-Tapp) Thurs - Slo Mo Back & Shoulders ( & T-Tapp) Friday - Christi Fit to Dance ( & T-Tapp) Tomorrow starts the cycle over - I'm going to do another week of splits, but after that I may explore some of the pre-mixes on this DVD for total body workouts.
