Wow, great job Kassia. I have this workout, but am scared. Very scared. Those CIA's have some very complex choreography in them, for sure.Darcy2008/7/16 Kassia :

morning all,somehow survived this complex although medium tempoed workout. almost an hour with a 7 min warm up,41min of step, and 10 min of cool down,abs, and stretch. using " stretch " here is a stretch. during the cool down philip gray does some stretching as well as after abs but its so brief it doesn't really give benefits.

everything about this video is complex from the warm up combo with rhythmic stretching all the way to the tai chi cool down. in between there are 4 combos taught on add-on style with taking it from the top once your combo is complete.similar to christi taylor he will give you on move for the meantime then change it up with a turn or ball step change anything to make it hard for you LOL. once the combos were done though it flowed pretty well. even though i previewed and about studied his feet while doing so, there were times

i had to march and watch him. the changes come at you fast and once a combo is put together there is almost no transition time. he has quite a few exercisers in the background, 3 females(one includes gisselle escobar who is more famous for her crunch salsa dance workout) and one male. one female in the way back will show a modification at times and sometimes she goes with the advanced change.

for abs he was joined by only two females and himself to do a series of crunches. nothing special but i was tiring easy b/c i think strong and streamlined pilates go to me yesterday.overall philip was a good cuer and tried to make it easy to follow with breakdowns and options but mostly i was confused with ball changes and turns and sometimes ended up on the wrong side but towards the end i was getting a bit better at the combinations. one of those workouts where you are glad there is TIFTing LOL.

Wow!! I'm exhausted just reading this description! Definitely a workout I won't be looking for anytime soon (because of the complexity) but good to know so I can avoid it if I see it! Great for you hanging in there though!!!

thanks darcy,even with watching this workout i was scared. i did get frustrated a few times but overall not bad run through. i think as long as the cueing is good i can catch on. that is why i just can't figure out amy's step. she cues like so awesome for her other workouts but step workouts she just throws names of moves at you and then says "lets do it" like w-w-w-what can we do a quick breakdown. i know some hate breakdowns but i don't think if philip did his workout the way amy does, that anybody would be able to catch up with him. LOLoverall CIA are getting a little better. some of the instructors i could do without but the faces that keep coming back like gay gasper, philip, mindy etc make great workouts. i wish franny benedetto would make some more workouts with greg again. i loved her hi-lo even though the step
