Don't feel bad because I've had some minor injuries lately....my swollen ankle being the last "better be" and I am hoping to get back to doing exercise videos by Sunday or Monday. I need to wait until my ankle isn't as swollen and/or doesn't hurt when walking. I haven't been a couch potato though, I've been doing water exercise and will take this time to practice my swimming strokes. How are your husband and kids now? How are you?Take care, JenSubject: im here! im here!To: "ExercisevideosYahoogroups (DOT) Com" <exercisevideos >Date: Thursday, July 17, 2008, 4:35 PM hi everyone! first of all, i need to apologize to jen for ducking out of our challenge for the last week. if everyone would behave around here (at my house) then i wouldnt have had to disappear for a little while. dh is starting to feel better... as i was just telling lisa, he really needs to watch his blood pressure... but of course he doesnt! ugh! i know that it is bad when the kids beg me not to leave them alone with dh in the evening. naturally that is my walking/workout time, and i was so busy 'fighting fires' that i didnt do any formal workouts for 8 days. i swear that i almost had a breakdown myself, and man, am i flabby already! i think that alot of it is bloating, so im concentrating on drinking lots of water. so anyway, enough with the excuses... last night i finally got to go walking with chinook for an hour and it felt soooo good!! i even saw 2 deer and got to watch lightning in the peachy twilight sky - beautiful! afterward i stretched out my lower body for 10 mins (just on my own). im going to push hard to go out walking again tonight, and i would love to do a short yoga session afterward (just one of the namaste episodes). jen, im ready to get back in action... again im sorry that i flaked out on you! :*carolyn.
