The combos flow well together, if she would just slow down a tiny bit. When previewing it I was thinking 'wow she must've had about a gallon of coffee before doing this workout " lol She does around 30 minutes of step boxing then does cardio weights which is a combination of lunges, squats and squat thrusts on the step, which are really fun. She ends with the abs. This workout definitely is a keeper in my library of workouts. I burned 420 calories in 52 minutes so that is great!!!!!!!! Guest guest
What do you think of Tracey Staehle? I've beeninterested in trying some of her workouts as a changeof pace. I like Tracey. I have just two of her workouts... the kickbox and strength and condition which is a 45 minute abs and back workout. I really like her personality. Her chore isn't the greatest, but she fun. ~**~~**~See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.
Guest guest
Hi , What do you think of Tracey Staehle? I've been interested in trying some of her workouts as a change of pace. I wonder if Netflix has them? I'm going to sign up at some point soon as there are a few new releases out that I'd like to try before I buy! Guest guest
Uh yeah, I think skipping that one part was okay... holy cow, 532 calories and that was with skipping some!!!!! I'm glad you took care of yourself too and toned it down when you needed too. Thursday workout Hi, This morning I made up for the easier workouts the past couple of days. I did Hardcore Xtreme High/Low Intervals. Not sure if the workout was just really tough or if it was me, but I felt really weak, even a bit light headed, I even marched in place on blast #6. I pushed myself through the rest of it, but I did skip the KM blast challenge, not only because I was totally spent, but because I don't like it. I still burned 532 calories so I think skipping that part was quite alright. Here's the breakdown of the workout. Low max Warm UpLow max Step Combo #1(this includes the blast too)Imax Interval 2(includes blast)Imax Interval 3(this includes the blast too)Low max Step Combo #3(includes blast)Imax Interval 6(this includes blast)Imax Interval 7(this includes blast)Low max Step Combo #4 (this includes blast)Imax Interval 10(this includes blast)Kick Max Blast ChallengeKick Max stretch I hope you all have great days today! ~**~~**~ Start the year off right. Guest guest
Well, if you want to call it a workout. I couldn't decide on what to do this morning. I have Firm workouts down for this entire week and really wanted to stick with my plan. As I've said so many times before, The Firms are so hard to figure out on what one to do since all of them have some form of weights and toning in them. I'm planning on doing Total Body Shaping Mix tomorrow so I knew I had to do something that was easier or straight cardio. I didn't feel like cardio again this morning since its another early morning for me. I went with The Firm Sculpted Buns, Hips, & Thighs. I really feel like I didn't even workout this morning. This workout is entirely on the floor and there isn't any of it that I would call hard, not even with the 5 LB ankle weights I used. She does a lot of ab work, but most of it is just throwing your legs around. On the pelvic lifts I did push ups instead and that was probably the hardest of the entire thing. I usually do this workout on days when I'm sick so yeah, I guess I should've realized that it would be too easy. Oh well, maybe I need a break. Sorry to be a downer this morning. Have a great day! ~**~Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today.
Guest guest
but because my biceps were cramping up, to take breaks when needed and to aim for making it thru the bicep track w/ no aims. Take it slow and you build up and before you know it you're lifting an amount you never thought you'd be able to lift. My biceps and shoulders are my weak areas. ~**~It's only a deal if it's where you want to go. Find your travel deal here.
