Guest guest
Hi Sara, Thanks for the review of this one and Yourself! Fitness. I think I would like the TM video. One of my problems w/ using the TM is having nothing fun to look at. I can watch TV - but it just doesn't "grab" me. Maybe I need to watch movies like . The Yourself! Fitness sounds interesting. I've always overlooked it b/c I thought you needed a playstation or xbox to do it (I don't have one, don't have a wii either - very backwards at my house! LOL!) Thanks for sharing!Donna This video is geared toward runners, and says that you will increase your speed by using in it you training. It's about 40 minutes long, and has 4 runners on treadmills, with a guy (can't remember his name) leading the work out who's not on a treadmill. Recent Activity 3 New MembersVisit Your Group Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi Donna, Yes, I get bored on the tmill, too. I like to watch fitness or weight loss shows when I use it, but the DVR in the workout room is all wacky so I don't have much to choose from lately. Though, I do enjoy previewing workouts on the tmill! Since I've had so many thrft store finds lately I have TONS to preview, lol. I usually will put one in the dvd side and one in the VHS side of the player and have at it, lol. I have 4 tmill workout videos I'm going to do before the end of the month and will post reviews on all of them. You might like the Tracey Staehle one, too. Review coming shortly! Funny about no xbox or anything. I don't have any new video game consoles either. My favorite game is Tetris - and I actually have my super old original nintendo and super nintendo hooked up to the TV in the living room! lol So you're not the only one backwards. Guest guest
I'm not doing the treadmill challenge (no treadmill) but had to jump in on the video game thing... none here either. We do Webkinz on the computer and the kids have a couple of computer video games but no gaming set ups here... though the Wii fitness stuff has really got me thinking seriously about that both for me and as fun therapy tools for my son! I wonder if I could claim it as a medical expense.... Re: Treadmill Challengers/Yourself! Fitness Hi Donna, Yes, I get bored on the tmill, too. Guest guest
The Wii looks like such a fun thing, esp. the fitness attachment that's just coming out. I really wish I was allowed to use one. Sigh. I'm going to look for the Xbox " game " though. Meighy's Xbox is still at our house, I might as well put it to use. Anne --------- Re: Treadmill Challengers/Yourself!
