I couldn't wait for the end to come. I didn't do the abs because of time. Here's how it went. Warm up BB 20 Legs: Squats BB 30 Plie Squat BB 30 Chest: Push ups All Toes Pec Flyes DB 15 Bench Pr. BB 30 Back: Underhand Dead Row BB 40 Dead Row/Dead Lift BB 40 One Arm Lat Rows 20 Legs: Lunges BB 25 Lunges DB 10 Shoulders: Ant. Delt Raise Plate 10 Flex Lateral Delt Raise DB 7 Post. Delt Raise DB 8Military Press BB 25 Biceps: Biceps Curl BB 15 Triceps: lying bar bell extensions 25 One Arm Kickback DB 10 lying bar bell extensions BB 25 I'm really glad that one's over.
