Guest guest
if you are looking for tougher then firm's bootcamp burn is really not it. its okay and it has some pylo work but not enough to really be labeled a hard workout. now if you want pylometrics you should see cathe's imax workouts(interval max,imax2,imax3) or her bootcamp workout. lots of pylometric blasts in there!!! amy bento's hi-lo has some pylometric intervals as well. i haven't done the 30 day shred since i plan on trying it through netflix and its a long wait. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: The Firm Bootcamp? To: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday, July 1, 2008, 1:52 PM Hey I know I am lazy poster and more of a lurker but work keeps me hoping!
