1. What is correct form for side lunges? I have a really hard time with these and my right knee (the one I banged with the weight today) was already getting a bit sore during the workout before I smacked it because of them. I know you're not supposed to bend your foot into the lunge, but how do you keep from doing that? It seems to happen naturally. I tried concentrating and forcing it to go straight today, I also tried to keep my abs tight and noticed that seemed to help but apparently I forgot to watch it enough times that my knee was getting a bit sore.

2. For Jari Love workouts, when the weights for each person are displayed, are the weights for the people with dumbbells meaning poundage of each weight? (Example: It says Jari is using 10 lbs. Does that mean she's got two 5 lb. dumbbell?) I'm pretty sure that's what it is but wanted to double check.
