Tuesday - KV - cardio and yoga

Hi Everyone,

I went with Voight again this morning -I did the short cardio routine from her Sleek Physique DVD (which is also from Burn & Firm). I added on the leg routine from that workout also - it is unweighted and fairly graceful, so it feels like it is part of the cardio. Then, I added on abs (found that mine were a litte sore from yesterdays ab routine - not painfully, just knew that they were there) and stretching. I then added on her Yoga for Strength from Sleek Physique which is part of her Yoga Focus DVD also. This was a nice series of postures for both lengthening and strengthening. However, it made me really notice how my flexibility has deteriorated! I should definately add yoga in more often - I NEED it. Tonight I would like to get the stretching portion of this yoga routine in, but no pressure, if necessary I'll add it on to tomorrow's workout. Right now I'm leaning towards 's Half &

Half routine - to get a little more with weights in. These are good workouts for making a comeback - not too long or too hard, but not wimpy either.

I really must come up with a flexibility focused rotation though - I'm shocked at how two weeks of reduced activity and riding in a car really affected my flexibility. I know that part of hte problem is not being consistent with it, too.
