Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did push pull lower body (2 sets) premix. For the last half I did it a little bit different so I could get a better burn. She doesn't really do enough reps to really feel it so how I did it worked a lot better for me. Here's how it went.

Round #1

Squats-35 lb.

Dead lifts-35 lb.

repeat above

Round # 2

static lunge w/heal lift-12 lb.

leg press- 15 LB

repeat above

Round # 3

outer thighs (on ball) (right side) repeated

(left side) repeated

inner thighs (ball) (repeated back to back)

Round # 4

Calves- (repeated)

shins- (repeated)

by not going to the next exercise and doing the first one twice through gave me a much better burn. Of course I had to have my remote handy. I guess I should've done the standing stuff at the beginning like that, but I not a fan of standing leg work so I left it as it was. This routine ended up being 45 minutes. I got a nice leg workout!

Finally a cooler day here today. I'm so sleepy. Didn't get much sleep last night. DH snored a lot and I did a lot of hitting him :)
