OK, so the 2 workouts a day is starting to get old. I see now why I don't do the one body part a day rotation too much.

I did cardio this afternoon and decided to go with a mish mosh that Bernadette came up with. Here's the way it went.

Rhythmic Step - warm up, challenge

High Step Challenge- all 5 cardio segments

High Step Training- All 5 cardio segments

This was tougher than what I thought it would be. I got to the HSC and got to the 3rd cardio and was thinking "ah this isn't too bad at all" but when I got through with all that cardio and had to start in with HST cardio then I started feeling the burn.

I managed to burn 434 calories.

Like I said, I'm not liking the 2 workouts a day. Even though this morning was only around 35 minutes, I still considered it a workout. When I thought about working out again this afternoon it just sounded stale to me, if you know what I mean. I'm hoping I don't burn myself out. Its Wednesday so I only have 2 days to go. I can surely get through that.

I might just take the entire weekend off.
