Guest guest Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 afternoon all,no real review here but just wanted to post for TWO days in a row i did an extra workout for yoga/stretch. i did yoga for inflexible people's replenish 2. this is in the quieting section of the menu. 60 min. of stretching and relaxing poses. i felt it really opened up my back and hips a lot and all while enjoying the calm and quiet,well except the neighbors going up and down the steps but overall quiet LOL. there is really nothing to add that i haven't said about this dvd before other then i think it was a great find. inexpensive and loaded with good programs for either energizing,stretching, or a little strengthening. for all fitness levels and i love the way i can modify anyway i want but still get the same from the poses without having to feel like i failed at the video. the whole point of the video is modifications!!!most of my morning was clean max. i cleaned the oven(OMG!!! i know i don't do it often but all that can't be from US!!!) and carpet cleaning. i scrubbed hands and knees the living room,part of the dining, and part of the hallway. i might have gotten more but ran out of cleaner. oh well i will hit the bedrooms another day. have tae-bo power for tomorrow. going to use either my 2lb hand weights or my 1.5lb weighted gloves i found at sears one day. i already previewed this so i pretty know what i am getting but not how it will feel LOL. have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
