Exercise VHS for cheap/trade

Hi All,

In my bargain hunting I've ended up with some duplicate videos as

well as some that I probably won't use, so I wanted to offer them

here before they get donated to the thrift store. I hope someone

sees something they will like! Email me off list for

shipping/payment details. Prices do not include shipping, and I will

calculate that based on your zip code using the USPS website

calculator, and only charge for actual shipping cost.

For this 1st group I'm asking $1 each, plus shipping. However, I may

be willing to combine for less - say, if you want three of them it

would only be $2 plus shipping, etc. If the year is listed on the

box, I will provide it.

I don't know what this is, but it came with a lot of exercise videos

Oxycise! Intro to Oxycise & basic breath techniques (1998) Still in

plastic. I don't really know what these are either, but they came in

the same lot mentioned above.

Oh, and I have one on DVD. I'm asking $5 plus shipping for

the one below (should be very cheap to ship).

Sansone - Walk Strong - Weight Loss Series (2006) Has pink

cover. I reviewed this one recently, and quite like it. I was

looking for others from the series and found a DVD with all three on

one disc, so now this is a duplicate. I've only used it once, so

it's like new!

For trades, I'd be willing to do a 2-1 or 3-1 trade with some of

these as well. I like Lelsie, The FIRM, some , Cathe and Amy's

weight training (lol, I know what I'm listing prob isn't Cathe or Amy

worthy, but can't hurt to ask, right?). Most anything using the

swiss ball. I'm pretty open, but also have a lot already, so just

ask if you have something you'd like to trade.
