I've been hitting my workouts this week, but am anxious to do

something new. Case in point, I still haven't done today's workout!

But I will! Today is Shred, Level 2, followed by short cardio. I

will have to modify plenty on Shred, but will keep telling myself

during the workout that said the workout is fun, lol.

Monday was Shred level 1, followed by 's Walk Kick. I like

Walk Kick, as it's a total beginner level " kickboxing " - or just some

kicks and punches, really. But I like that I am able follow along

and work up a decent sweat, lol. Might be fon on the rebounder, once

I take that plunge. :)

On Tues, I did FIRMs Calorie Killer. The cover says its from their

Fast & Firm series, but I've also seen it listed as part of BSS2.

I'm still very new to the FIRM, though my collection has grown very

large very quickly! This dvd was about 42 minutes of cardio, with

several different styles. It was a good intro to step for me, as it

wasn't overly complex, and the step was in shorter segments, not the

entire time. The step ups on the tall fanny lifter were interesting,

as I have to place it so that when I step up my head goes between the

rafters of the ceiling, lol! It slowed me down, as I had to be

careful not to move around when I did that, heh. But, I'm rather

slow anyway, so no biggie. I still stumbled around during this

workout, but I kept moving and there were enought things that I did

catch on to that kept me encouraged. They also have a beginner

modifier, which I like instead of having to do my own mods. It used

the sculpting stick some as well, so I like playing with the gadgets,

lol. So, a decent workout for me.

Not sure what I'm going to do for cardio tomorrow yet, but I'll post

a review if I do a new video. :)

Keep up the great work, everyone!

Sara
