Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 Hi, This morning I did yoga and then did S & H shoulders. I did Yoga Shakti (classical sun salutations) then went to shoulders. I did 3 sets, 12 reps. Front Raise DB 10/10/10 Side Lateral DB 10/10/10 Posterior Delt DB 8/8/8 Seated OH Press DB 15/15 Side Lying Ext. Rotate DB 5/5 My shoulder got a really nice burn. I love lying down for the last exercise but it seems to burn the worst lol I got one more body part to go and that's back. I'm going to do one more cardio this evening.
