Tuesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did The Firm Maximum Body Sculpting (AKA All Weights)

I did a breakdown of the workout and the weights I used. The only thing I don't like about Firm workouts (even the all weight ones) is that they don't stay with one exercise long enough to get a whole lot out of it. I tried to go as heavy as I could and still be able to keep up with her reps and speed.

Squats 12 lb. push ups (toes) squats w/ biceps 12 LB push ups (toes) step ups (tall box) one arm rows- 20 LB single arm bicep curls 15 LB Leg press 12 lb. bicep curls, upright rows, alternating bicep curls 12 LB rear lunges w/kicks- dowel squats w/overhead press- 12lb plie squats w/ upright rows- 12lb light movement with overhead press- 12lb leg press- 12lb seated overhead tricep extensions, kickbacks- 20lb/10lb one arm rows-20 LB single arm bicep curls- 15 LB plyo jumps seated side lateral raise, front raise- 7lb step ups posterior delt flys (lying on box) 5lb front and rear lunges- 12lb seated side ab work front & rear lunges- 12lb hamstring work (tall box) hip lifts abs chest flys- 20 LB pull over w/lying triceps extension combo- 20 LB

I went ahead and did the abs even though I did them last night. I didn't think there would be much to it and I was right.

I like this workout because its led entirely by Traci Long. This was a nice total body workout for me. Since I don't do workouts like this very often I seem to get a lot out of it especially when I don't baby myself and really try to use heavy enough weight.

Great job , as usual! I am so hoping I can workout today. Yesterday was a rest day. Today, I slept in due to being up a lot with Kaysar last night. On Saturday I did the upper body premix off of 4ds. I enjoyed it a lot, but wonder why she didn't put a warm-up or cool-down with it?

I had a TERRIBLE day yesterday from waking up to our swimming pool empty to scrambling a bit later to take my son to lessons and finding them CLOSED for the day..UGH.. The swimming pool, may end up costing us nearly $1,000.00 to get fixed :( We just had it filled by the firemen the day before.. Let the pump run all night too (dry). We may need a new liner, new pump, and pay for the water that is not there..ugh.. Makes me sick.. (that would be worst case scenerio).

Anyway, great job on the workout. I went ahead and bought Austin's Totally Firm workout. Sounds like it's a great workout that you can use heavy weights on. Do you have that one, or have you heard of it? I'm anxious to give it a whirl.
