Hi,

Today is rest so here is my check in from this last week - not a bad comeback week!

Sunday - Voight Slim Cardio (30 min), Yoga Sculpt

Monday - V's Foam Roller DVD - Complete Sleek (?) 20 min each of cardio, strength and Pilates-inspired exercises

Tuesday - KV's Sleek Physique DVD - cardio, lower body, abs and yoga for strength sections

Wed - KV's Half & Half Workout 30 min cardio, 30 min strength

Thurs - Grace Lazenby All the Right Moves (an oldie - but one that has left me w/ major DOMS! )

Friday - Firm Cardio Dance Fusion/Yoga Hips Bliss Hip Opening Segment

I'm not sure what to do for the coming week - I may start my rotation that I posted using whatever workouts I want that fit the category for the day - I'm not 100% ready to committ to doing only FIRMs....I still may pull out the FitPrimes/KickButts...just not sure yet. I guess I'll figure it out tomorrow. Although I'll probably follow the template that I wrote up b/c it will give me some guidance on what to pick for each day.

Hey, are we still planning to do Jari Love in September?

I was also just looking over the P90 Masters rotation and I was thinking I'd like to do that sometime. I don't have all the P90 Masters workouts, though, but I'm thinking I can make substitutes for what I don't have. I have 3 of the 6 workouts. Sculpt 5/6 and Sweat 5/6 and Cardio Intervals. I'm missing Plyo Legs (but think that doing the Power Half Hour Thigs and Buns workout will suffice here), I'm missing core cardio (but I think Power Half Hour Abs and some kickboxing could work), I'm missing Upper MIddle Lower - but I think I can probably just find some total body workout for that day. Hmmm....... Maybe that will be my routine from October through December.....
