Hi,

This afternoon I did 4 Day Split Kick Box and then did the calve work from this series. I only got one day of legs this week and calves is my favorite part of the legs so why not?

The cardio wasn't near as hard as it was the first time I did the workout. I love how its just 30 minutes. I've only done this workout a few times, not sure why.

I burned 294 calories and this includes the calve work. Not as much as I usually burn, but man I'm getting burnt out lol

Today was my last day of doing two workouts. Tomorrow I'm doing back and abs and that's it.

DH found out that he goes back to midnight's starting Sunday night (YAY) and here we thought 3rd shift was gone for good. Goes to show just when you think you know something it might not be the case at all. It definitely was a blessing to hear his happy voice when he called and said his name was on that midnight list. :))

Off to get things ready for my oldest DD Birthday. She's 23 today!
