Guest guest
Since I'm not planning to workout tomorrow I figured I'd just go ahead and plan for next week now. I looked at my calendar to see what the week held so I could figure out what kind of workouts would fit on which days and oh my goodness is my calendar packed as in things going on all day and evening most days! I hate weeks like that. Well, this is seriously subject to change but here's what I'm thinking I'll do: Sunday: Crunch: The Joy of Yoga Monday: Dozois Slim, Strong & Sexy Body (Netflix). Tuesday: Kathy Functionally Fit – Peak Fat Burning. Wednesday: Rest day. Too busy to fit anything in for sure! Thursday: Rest day. Probably too busy to fit it in, will try though. Friday: Get Ripped 1000. Saturday: Go: Step Workout for Beginners. 45 minutes. I'm really looking forward to do The Joy of Yoga Sunday. The only two of these I've done are Peak Fat Burning and Go. Get Ripped 1000 intimidates me so we'll see how that goes, I picked my only non-ridiculously busy day (only thing I have to do is help my son & hubby get ready for Webelos II Cub Scout camp which they leave for on Saturday) for that. My daughter wants to do a beginner step workout with me so when I do Go I'm going to put out my small step for her with no risers. She'll probably last about 5 minutes, that's usually her max. We'll see though. I just called her friend's house and she's doing great so far (9 PM), having a blast and definitely not wanting to come home anytime soon. I'm so thrilled but I'm still sleeping with the phone in my room just in case...
