I sit here today thinking that I absolutely depleted my glycogen stores. Ugh.. I'm dead..dead..dead.. This morning I got up and did th 65 minute upper body premix off of push pull. I have to be honest and say I didn't enjoy the premix much. It was okay and it went really fast, but I just didn't feel like I got much out of it. I added some biceps on afterwards too, because I don't think she touched on those enough (nor shoulders, now that I think about it)..grr.. Anyway, I mistakenly came upstairs before starting my cardio, which was a mistake cuz then I was stuck getting the boys some breakfast while my husband got out of bed. It was too long of a break to go because I hadn't ate breakfast yet either. I went out to my gym for a bosu workout. I did the CIA one bosu blast. I'm not sure where I was at during the workout, but oofda, I lost all of my energy. I was able to complete it, but I had to take out most " oomph " . I'm so glad it's DONE. I did enjoy it though up until the point, I was " done " . I really like that workout.

Yesterday, I did CTX leaner legs, and then afterwards I did TB Abs and Glutes. I don't remember the last time I did that tae-bo workout. I was looking for some floorwork for legs, I think I could have found a better choice. It was okay, but I didn't need all the abs..

I got on the scale this morning, and surprisingly the numbers are down. It's weird. I can't get under these numbers, but if I do bad for a week, they don't go up either. I do think it has a bit to do with the fact that I'm still breastfeeding. I know your body gets to a certain point and then holds on to fat stores while breastfeeding. Maybe I'm at that point... However, I was about 5 pounds lighter before having Kaysar and I was breastfeeding then too, so who knows..
