Guest guest Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 so here is my plan i may make changes around as i go(you know those mornings you just can't do cardio etc). i really don't have any weight workouts so i am relying on circuits and add-ons to get more upper body work in. many of the workouts,although with no resistance, do have a lower body focus.also i will try to add in segments from pilates complete for everyone in the evening and whatever christi taylor cardios i get from netflix for extra cardio(still waiting on 3 more discs). no real days off except for pilates, will try to not push so hard as to not wear myself out. so here is goes...12-stott's firm and fit, as well as a plan scout trip for more swimming13-south beach slam, will try to watch it this time before i jump in this time14-tae-bo circuit 1, since this is a short workout i may add on a netflix workout for cardio and some push ups/pull ups for upper body15-step2bfit, an oldie 2202 CIA series workout. very tricky will once again watch it16-stott's strong and streamline ,may or may not add cardio with netflix chrisit workout 17-tae-bo power,will use the weights again like i did in strength if not doing well with that i will just use my hand grips and do the squeezes like he does with the ball,also throw in some push ups with the WII fit beat the trainer mode 18-best of reebok step tv, gin miller still haven't even previewed this workout just wanted it b/c i heard it was good19-tae-bo contact 2- will use grips or pilates ring where he does isolated squeezes with the bop bag otherwise going no props20-stott's secrets to toned arms,buns,thighs-once again may add cardio may not21-2202 step with franny bendetto, my second attempt. its tricky so have to preview before hand22-2203 strike zone with boot camp. i remember doing the strike zone cardio a long while ago but never did the bootcamp side of this workout23-thighs of steel 2,still can't believe i never tried this24-kari anderson benchworks25-kathy ireland sports circuit,i wasn't crazy about some of her other stuff so maybe this will redeem that26-carmen electra-still two discs i haven't done from the original set27-stott's advanced pilates28-the firm's sculpt hips,buns,thighs29-slim sexy strong upper body(michelle dozios) finally can't wait to try this one 30-any carmen electra i still haven't tried31-slim sexy strong lower bodymay take the 1st and 2nd off for just stretching then resume with my planned rotation of upper and lower body splits. i need a new calender for all the erasing and writing i have been doing LOL kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
